How are you mixing up your exercise to make it less boring.

You don't always have to go to the gym to exercise. In fact you never have to go to the gym as there are many ways to get exercise and lift weights.

What about getting on your bike and riding around town or you local area. Find a safe place to ride and just ride around, listen to music or a book or even an inspirational podcast. If you really don't want to ride, just go for a brisk walk.

Half an hour of walking is great.
If you are not used to it just to ten minutes and build up to half and hour and then even an hour! Why not try a bit of yoga or Tai Chi. There are plenty of YouTube videos that a available free of charge for you  to use.

Walking the dog is another great way to exercise!!

Many cities  have team activities such as softball, volleyball, tennis, football, and so on.  These types of activities will not  only provide you with good exercise but they will also help you to meet new people as well.
