Who Needs Exercise When It's Cold and Raining Outside?
Sit At Home Exercise and Do No Exercise. Sounds Good!!

But exercise we must in order to keep fit and healthy, well so I hear! Yes, okay I know it's true. Yesterday, I posted my first tip on motivation for exercise. Here are a few tips for today to help you out.
Put on some music and just dance!!!
Try something different. Don't get into the routine of doing the same thing everyday. Why not visit another gym? Just for the day. If that's not possible, try and use a different piece of equipment. If you have the equipment at home, such as an exercise bike, why not just stay at home and use that piece of equipment. Why not, if you get to the gym, try mixing things up - reverse your routine or just change the order of your exercises. Add walking around the house and doing a bit of housework and you have a complete workout. Dance. Put on some music and just dance!
If it's not a cold day and not raining, why not go to your local park and use the slide, climb on the monkey bars, do pull-ups. Just let your imagination guide you. If you have children, take them with you - this allows you to even have more fun as you can pretend you have to do as your child needs the exercise. Plus, what a good parent you are taking your kids out. See, a win-win situation for all!
