Watching your muscles and body work could make exercise less boring! Come on, work with me here. You want to make exercise less boring, don't you? You will also sleep better!



Exercise is even more boring if you do not have a goal. If you have a goal to be fitter, healthy or even to fit into an item of clothing, all this can help you motivate yourself to go on. Exercise makes you glow as it improves blood circulation, so just think about how great you will look after exercise.

When you are training focus on the part of your body or the muscles that you wan to improve.
Research has shown that this may actually help your body to respond better and even if it does not at least the time will go by quicker! So, a little bit of muscle watching is what is needed when you do your training. This can work when you are doing weights or doing any other type of exercise.  


By keeping up your physical activity during the day,
you may find it easier to deal with the stress and worries of your life.


Also think about it this way, for those of you who find it difficult to sleep at night, the amount of physical exercise that you exert during the day is one of the key ingredients to helping you
get a good sleep at night.  The more active your body is during the day, the more likely you are to
relax at night and fall asleep faster. With regular exercise you'll notice that your quality of sleep is improved and the transition between the cycles and phases of sleep will become smoother and
more regular.  By keeping up your physical activity during the day, you may find it easier to deal with the stress and worries of your life.
